| Personal History | A son who admired and looked up to his father his entire life, Broderick joined Starfleet to live up to his families long record of service. However during his first year as a cadet his father in the line of duty. The death of his father pushed him to excel in his duty, and he graduated as a highly regarded cadet. However deep down it haunted Broderick to know that even a Captain as towering as his father could lose it all. It didn't hurt his standing but there were moments as a cadet were tentativeness or trepidation threatened to interfere with his duty. Broderick is close to his mother and sister. His mother was a federation diplomat who worked mainly on earth. After the death of his father, she decided to retire from service and spends most of her time with her own mother on Vulcan. His younger sister decided to follow her mother's path and join the Federation Diplomatic service. |
