Personality & Traits

General Overview		"A fine officer and a fine man". That is how his previous CO once described him as being. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Richard, and he is always happy to help anyone. Richard sees himself as a physician first and a Starfleet officer second.
Strengths & Weaknesses		+ An excellent Doctor with a wealth of knowledge on most Federation species physiology and psychology. + He can speak several Federation standard languages without the need for a universal translator. - Can sometimes rush into a medical emergency situation with little regard for his own safety.
Ambitions		At the moment, Richard is happy to be fulfilling his life-long ambition of serving on a Federation starship as a doctor. He would like to progress in his career, but is in no rush for this to happen.
Hobbies & Interests		Richard enjoys catching up on the latest medical journals and alien species psychology reports. Although this could be seen as an extension of his work, he truly enjoys reading medical material.
