OFF: Hey All! Been busy for awhile, but I hope to be able to hope back in and help things get along!

(U.S.S. Albion - Bridge)

Genno: ::Crossing he legs as she leaned back in the command chair:: (Well with everyone else off doing their own briefings, I guess I am the senior ranking officer on the bridge. Cushy gig right now, what with us just being on course.) "Helm, what is the ETA to our destination?"

Helmsmen: :: Checks her console:: "At our current rate of speed, will arrive at our destination in 4 days and 23 hours."

Genno: (Perfect, this should give us adequate time to prepare ourselves for this mission. Although I do wonder what exactly is going on in all those briefings.) " Excellent enson, steady as she goes."

::The console on the command chair made an alert sound. Genno acknowledged it, read thr message and then closed it. She could feel as a fair amount of eyes in the bridge were now looking at her. It's almost As if they were anticipating new orders, or some sort of new update. Genno knew that she had to address the bridge crew and let them know what she saw.:

Genno: "It was a limerick. Apparently the captain wanted to try a new style of comedy, and he decided to send it to a few people and see what their response was."

Helmsmen: "And?"

Genno: ::Her face slightly squint up as her head shook slightly:: "Not good. Not good at all, and frankly a slight offensive to Andorians. However it's unclear if even he is aware of it."

::The entire bridge crew started to snicker, as they all try to piece together what it is the captain said.::

Genno: "Steady people, let's not make the Captain feel bad. He's trying." (Although maybe he should have paid the full 10000 credits.)

OFF: uh oh, Captain's not getting any better!
