Key: “Runabout Kennedy to Albion, this is Ensign Don Key, permission to dock?”

Comms officer: “Uh, Ensign Key… this is the USS Distinguished. You have the wrong ship.”

{3 hours later}

:Runabout comes out of warp near another ship:

Key: “Runabout Kennedy to Albion, this is Ensign Don Key, permission to dock?”

Comms officer: “Ensign Key, this is the USS Prominent. The Albion isn’t anywhere near this sector. You have the wrong ship.”

{5 hours later}

:Runabout comes out of warp near yet another ship:

Key: “Runabout Kennedy to Albion, this is Ensign Don Key, permission to dock?”

Romulan Commander: “Starfleet! You have entered Romulan space and approached this D'deridex-class warbird without shame. Prepare to meet whichever god you believe in.” :Turns to weapons officer: “Target it’s engines!”

Key: “God damn it.” :Quickly jumps the runabout into high warp away from the Romulans.

{12 hours later}

:Runabout comes out of warp near another ship:

Key: “This is Ensign Don Key onboard runabout Kennedy to whichever ship that is I can see outside my window. Permission to dock? I don’t care who you are, I don’t care if you’re Starfleet, Romulan, Klingon, Ferengi, or even Dominion. I’ve just had enough!”

Comms officer: “Ensign Key, we’ve been expecting you. Shuttlebay 1 cleared for your approach. Welcome onboard the USS Albion.”
