Mack::(overhearing andrews faltering attempt):: [ on open channel including shuttle] =^=" mack here, captain. I believe I gathered from Mr keys that if the big blue button is pressed on the shuttle command console, the shuttle will abort current course and return to the mother ship. I value such information since I am not that familiar with the shuttles assigned to albion. Thank you for the information, sir.mack out."=^=

Sprague and Key: ::both pause momentarily after taking a bite from their sundaes and listening to Mack's message::

Sprague: "Are you thinking what I'm thinking?"

Key: "Yes!"

Sprague and Key: "HAHAHAHAHA!"


{Shuttle Craft}

Voomy: ::presses the blue button::

Andrews: ::remembers that you can't address Hydra Gammatians directly::

Andrews: ::doesn't hear Mack's message to the Captain and the shuttle:: "Albion crew, if I was in a shuttle hurtling toward a planet, I would definitely press the big green button."


{Shuttle Craft}

Voomy: ::presses the green button::


{USS Albion, Bridge}

Computer: "Shuttlecraft destruct sequence activated."

Andrews: "Wait, what?!?"

Florian: "It seems Voomy pressed the blue button right before he pressed the green button. While the blue button returns the shuttle to the ship and the green button puts the shuttle in orbit, pressing both back to back immediately begins the self-destruct countdown. It's a bug that's due to be fixed in the next software update."

Andrews: "We'll beam aboard and stop it."

Townsend: ::grabs Andrews's arm:: "You can't."
