ON: {U.S.S. Albion - Cargo Bay}

Mack: ::scans: "It's a Doctor... Lt. Cmdr. Richard Sheldon of Starbase 10."

Andrews: "Well what is he doing in the container?" ::He gestured to the body::

Genno: "Looks like he's not doing too much... looks to be quite dead." ::She could feel the eyes staring at her:: (I must not have been civil again)

Andrews: "What else can your scans tell Mack?"

Mack: ::Continues to scan the doctors dead body:: "It would appear that he has been dead for some time. Approximately around the same time that these containers were delivered and set up in the cargo bay."

Genno: ::Checking over a PADD for the records:: "He was not listed to be assigned to the Albion. He appears to be some sort of stowaway."

Andrews: "So was he murdered? Do we have a murderer on our hands?" ::Notices something in the dead mans hand. reaches in and pulls out a small remote that is dripping with goo. Check the back and front of it, noticing that it only had one button he clicked it. The locks on the outside of the container sprung open, except for 1.:: "Hmmm, it would appear that perhaps, maybe the doctor put himself into one of these containers... but why?"

Genno: "I just got a report from Starbase 10, once we were able to identify him. Allegedly, he had a lot of debt."

Mack: "We don't even use currency!"

Andrews: "No... but a lot of unsavory people still do. Being stationed on a Starbase, I would imagine he would have had his fair share of run ins with those types of people. It must have been an opportunity that he saw, the Albion going out and he wanted to try and mine some of that BitCredit ®. Without being held accountable or causing any suspicion. Knowing that a Starship does not have the same power as a Starbase explains why all of these cannisters are here."

Genno: "When we went to any of our alerts, he may have panicked, and put himself in to hide himself. I'm willing to bet that with all the problems we were having this cargo bay became unshielded to the radiation of the Nebula...and..." ::She looked down at the goo on the floor and cannister with the doctor in it.::

Mack: "And he ended up like this. That small tactical ship must have been his as well. Once he had enough credits, he would have had to make his getaway."

Andrews: "What a way to go... Lieutenant Genno, impound the shuttle, see if there is any evidence on it. Ensign Mack, take care of all of this." ::Gestures to the mess:: "If you need me, I will be on the bridge."

Genno: "Aye sir"

Mack: "Yes sir." (Drew the short straw on this one.)
