Losing my crew!

I just got a communique from Star Fleet that the following crewmembers are to be transferred, effective Tuesday:

Lieutenant Hadden
Ensign Glass
Ensign Varley
Dr. Spivick

I'm not going to have a crew left if this keeps up!
