run local tricorder scans of bays and transporter, holodeck and 10 forward

locate captain and XO, run bio and EM scans of them and immediate surroundings

verify reliability of computer

verify security of containment fields and brig integrity

quiz bridge crew relating to transporter log findings



verify what crew were lost from the shuttle bay decomp
bays


verify contents of the shuttle bays and cargo



verify my quarters assignment and requested instruments

check cargo and crew manifests

update nebular scans and consider recommending leaving the nebula temporarily

lower priority: inspect astrometics and stellar cartography resources aboard; review nav and helm station operations
