waiting in sick bay

I was ordered by the XO to sick bay. here is the text from a prior mission post which shows that. Oddly I am being accused of not having been on the bridge.

I am not on the bridge and I have yet to hear from the medical officer. protocol requires anyone ordered to sick-bay to remain there until released back to duty.

maybe if the bridge is missing my presence, I should not have been ordered to sick-bay.


meanwhile regarding the radiation issue in the nebula. I reported that finding to the captain two days ago. whether he chose to notify the rest of the bridge officers
is up to him. I do not have the rank to be bypassing chain of command. that is why I entitled my mission post that way.

I gave the captain more information that I felt at liberty to tell the rest of the bridge about, for the same reason.

my character knows more than he feels at liberty to tell, and he has reason to think he is not the only humanoid aboard who might also be in that position.

the captain has the information I think he needs. maybe that has something to do with why he went to the cargo bay. were I not ordered to sick-bay, I would have
gone there myself, once off duty.

incidentally I really wonder how long I am supposed to be on duty without a break and without any quarters assigned.

nor have I heard from the medical officer yet.
