Sprague: "Maximum warp, engage! ::points forward with one hand, but nothing happens:: "I said, maximum warp, engage!" ::points forward once more, but again nothing happens:: (Oh, I have to do the controls myself!) ::looks around the console:: "Where is the warp drive? ..."

{USS Albion, Sickbay}

Spivick: ::enters:: "All right, Ensign Mack, let's see what we--" ::notices that there's no one there:: "Hmpf." ::taps comm badge:: =/\=Computer, where is Ensign Mack?=/\=

Computer: "Ensign Mack is on the Bridge."

Spivick: "Son of a!"

{USS Albion, Bridge}

Andrews: "Ensign Mack, I'm not sure what to make of all of that. Did Dr. Spivick already check you out?"

Genno: "I think I've got it!"

Andrews: "Yes, Lieutenant?"

Genno: "The other radiation source... it's coming directly from the ship's computer!"

Andrews: "The computer? How is that possible?"

Hadden: "I don't know, Commander, but that's not our only problem. The computer is running wild, completing in excess of googol calculations per second. If we don't stop it in 10 minutes, it'll burn itself out--and we'll be dead in space."

{Shuttle Craft}

Genno: =/\=Come in shuttle craft, come in shuttle craft.=/\=

{USS Albion, Bridge}

Andrews: ::immediately turns to Mack:: "How did you know the Captain was off the ship?!?" ::turns back to the main viewer showing the shuttle craft:: =/\=Captain Sprague, we have bigger problems here. We need you to immediately return to the ship.=/\=

Sprague: =/\=I'll bet you do, Commander.=/\=

Andrews: =/\=Captain, please, we have 10 minutes to--=/\=

Sprague: =/\=Save it, you crooked holodeck operator!=/\=
